Naveen was really attentive and listened carefully from the very first point of contact. He was really informative about the procedure and advice on what sizing would suit my needs. I had spent over a decade debating on breast augmentation, I am 5’6 but with a very petite frame and had wanted a small upgrade to secure more shape. It was very important for me to have a very subtle natural looking result and for the surgeon to be completely aligned in what I was after. I did thorough research beforehand and Mr Cavale (whom also does impactful humanitarian work) was the surgeon I selected specifically. Throughout my consultation (at the Real Clinic in Battersea) I immediately knew I was in good hands, I was put completely at ease and never once felt rushed or that the procedure was being sold to me. He is friendly and very clearly goes through the whole process in detail. Together we agreed on 180CC round implants, all my questions and concerns were addressed and I actually ended up booking my surgery date swiftly afterwards. The weeks leading up to the surgery and on the day itself it was clear that patient care was paramount. I even had a lovely specialist nurse assigned to me before the procedure (on WhatsApp) who I could chat to at any time before and after for further advice and support. Prior to the operation I met with Mr Cavale and his team, everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I felt completely safe in their care and this really helped put me in a calm headspace. Everything went smoothly and I went home (with a chaperone) that same day. I trusted the process and after the swelling had subsided (3-4 weeks) I couldn’t be happier, my breasts look completely natural and fit perfectly to my frame. I am absolutely delighted with the results and am so pleased I decided to commit. I highly recommend him, five stars across every platform. Mr Cavale explained the process of my surgery very well in our initial meeting and I was convinced that I could trust him with my breast reduction. I also found him upfront about what the results would be like after surgery regarding scarring etc. and I appreciated the cold, hard facts before paying any money to secure a surgery date. The results of my surgery are life changing and I have felt happier since having it. My back has little to no pain anymore and I feel that I am able to do a lot more in general. From my first meeting with Dr Naveen i thought he was friendly,warm , professional and very informative. I like that i was able to go over as many times as i needed what size implants would be best suited for me as my vision was slightly different to his to begin with, so he odered two sizes so i had the option to decide later. I am very glad Dr Naveen gave me his expertise advice and in the end i choose the right implants for my size and frame. I really could not recommend him enough and I am very happy with the results.
