I am pleased that there has been no flare up of symptoms since we last met. 1. My right thumb remains good with excellent pincer grip. 2. My right index finger is fully bendable but has slight stiffness discomfort, which I feel is manageable for me at present. I am grateful for your pursuit of the ultrasound guided steroid injection as "well worth trying" which has proved well justified. If there is a deterioration of the condition of my right index finger, I hope that my GP will feel it appropriate to refer me back to you. Fortunately I have benefited enormously from the intervention and care which you have given me, enabling normal activities while living alone. With best wishes and thanks.

Dear Sir, I wish to thank you very much for the MAGIC injection you gave me in my shoulder, after a few days I was able to move my shoulder - then I noticed my hand was not stiff any more! I can now move my arm to my head so this is to say THANK YOU!!!!
