Myles is a great consultant, very knowledgeable and friendly. He was willing to answer any questions and concerns I had and his explanations were very clear and straight to the point.

I came to Doctor Smith with a huge lump and some worries around what it could be and he and his team took care of everything in the best possible way. He was very reassuring throughout and had a wonderful calming presence, everything was done very quickly, professionally and the surgery itself was the smoothest experience, everything healed very quickly. I was looked after so well, the Doctor is a great Surgeon and also has a very calm, understanding, warm and caring nature, which helped me tremendously through this period. I'd also like to say a big thank you to his Team, to the Surgical Team at the hospital and his Secretary Sharifa who made sure everything happened very quickly and smoothly. I am very grateful to them and anyone who is under their care is in wonderful hands!

I was seen on-time by Mr Myles Smith who explained clearly the reasons for the next stage in my treatment and answered the few questions I needed to ask. He also had a reassuring manner when describing the surgical procedure to be carried out and explaining the likely timing of the hospital visit and subsequent follow-up stages.

Gave suitable confidence (much needed!) and was so quick and talked to me enough to answer my silly questions - I was worried , but no need to be - as I quickly discovered...

Dr Smith was knowledgeable and reassuring. He answered all our questions and communicated his opinion well. The appointment was on time , in fact we got there early and he was already waiting for us. What we really appreciated is that he suggested we continued on NHS as we were self paying and he did not want us to unneccessarily waste money on tests that could be done via NHS. Dr Smith's time was much appreciated.

The surgery was absolutely excellent. The after care was a little confused. The post surgery process could have been explained more clearly. But the actual surgery was great.
