I am very impressed with Mr H's service. Upon making initial contact I was offered a choice of four appointments on the same day. This efficiency has continued throughout my treatment. For example, I always receive replies to my emails within just a few minutes. When it came to consultations and treatment, it was clear to me that Mr H is very knowledgeable and experienced. He knows exactly what he is doing. He is also a very pleasant gentleman with a friendly bedside manner. He always made me feel at ease during a very worrying time for me. Mr H is very well supported by his secretary, Mrs B, who takes care of the administrative side of things. She too is very friendly and efficient. Overall, I have been delighted with Mr H's service. I am sincerely grateful for all he has done. I am therefore very pleased to recommend his service to others.

Prior to my first appointment I was very anxious. Mr Hammadeh immediately put me at ease and gave an explanation as to what he thought my problem was and how he could help was which was very reassuring. The follow up emails and information provided were also very helpful. I found him to be very professional and friendly and cannot fault my whole experience.
