At the pre-operative meeting Mr Harris fully explained the procedure that I was about to undergo. He discussed with me what to expect post surgery and explained both the desired outcome and the potential risks. He was professional and reassuring throughout and gave me confidence that I was in good hands. Post surgery he explained what had happened and made sure that my questions were fully answered. At the Check-up meeting he took time to find out how I was coping and if I had any worries or concerns. At no time did I feel time pressured and I had total confidence that my wellbeing was paramount.

Mr Harris was always easy to talk to and compassionate . He had a very easy professional manner which gave me confidence in him as my chosen surgeon.

Mark is a very amiable man who genuinely cares about his patients. He gives all the time you need to discuss any issues.

Post op he was available to advise the nursing staff, and for the follow up appointment, he explained the results, and what had taken place. I cannot rate him highly enough, and I am very satisfied with the outcome of the operation he performed.

Very thorough explanation of issues. The medication prescribed has eased the problems, however still feeling discomfort. He agreed to look at my two ultrasound scans and assess if I needed surgery, but have not heard back to date.

On my first meeting with Mr Harris, I found him to be very friendly and easy-going with a good sense of humor, which immediately put me at ease. In my initial consultation, Mr Harris answered all my questions and explained in detail and very succinctly my prognosis and the way forward in relation to the investigative work he intended to carry out in order to reach a diagnosis regarding my medical condition. On my second visit to the Hospital, prior to the investigative treatment carried out by Mr Harris, he once again explained in detail and very succinctly the procedure that would be carried out in order to assist provide him with a diagnosis of my medical condition. This procedure went very well and as advised, and my Wife and I were able to see the whole procedure on the monitor next to the bed. On completion, my Wife and I were given a very good debriefing by Mr Harris on how the procedure went and the outcome of the findings as viewed on the camera, followed by clearly described recommendations for any further treatment.
