Great, professional experience from initial contact with secretary through to consultation. Very helpful and made sure everything was completely understood. Fast follow up appointments arranged also.

Mr Acton did my Hip replacement in July 2016 and he made sure I was aware of everything I needed to be and was supportive and understood my needs. I have seen him again recently regarding my other hip and cannot recommend him enough. Great sense of humour, wouldn't want anyone else to do my surgery. He really cares about what he does & his patients.

I have found him very thorough and he explains things well. He has treated me both as an" in patient" and "out patient". He also fitted me in at short notice which I really appreciated .I find him very professional and have recommended him to other people.

It has been nearly 6 months since my knee replacement, finally my review!!... It has no way been down to recovery, I have just been so busy being able to do more!From word go it has been amazing! To have been up and standing on just that leg only, only a few hours after my operation was hard to believe! Straight away it was like my own knee and pain free all the way!! I even enjoyed the physio which I must stress is worth every minute to achieve and reach such great results It has given me a new lease of life and I cannot wait to have my other knee done now! Then hopefully I can even get back to playing some tennis again, which I miss.A huge big thank to you Dr Kerry Acton and your team for everything, who I had every confidence in from the very beginning and would highly recommend.

Mr Acton has a no nonse approach which I found very refreshing and reassuring. He fully explained what the operation entailed, the likely recovery perod and final outcome. In my case the outcome has been excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Acton, who I feel is probably at the top end of his profession.

Mount Alvernia nursing and physio staff supported the operation perfectly . The organisation and administration from Chloe , PA to Mr Acton was superb .
