My 12 year old son saw Mr Keith Smith for the extraction of an impacted canine tooth. He was kind, considerate, professional in all areas and explained very well to my son what the procedure involved so as to put him at ease.

Following a very unpleasant experience at my dentist, I was referred to Mr Smith to have my impacted wisdom tooth removed. I'm a very nervous patient when it comes to anything tooth related, but Mr Smith made me feel completely at ease from the initial consultation and explained everything very clearly to me. I requested to have the surgery under general anaesthetic and this wasn't a problem at all. He went through all of the options available to me, but let me make the decision based on what I would be most comfortable with. Mr Smith visited me in my room prior to the surgery and also following the surgery. He also called me the following day to check that everything was ok and arranged a follow up appointment the following week. I was more than happy with my experience and would recommend Mr Smith to anyone. I wouldn't hesitate in contacting Mr Smith if I need any further surgery in the future. He's a very kind, approachable person, who's clearly very experienced in his line of work.

Surgery to remove two impacted wisdom teeth. Managed to see me quickly and surgery was fine. I’m sure he’s a very talented surgeon. He put me at ease and answered all my questions with confidence. Mr Smith is very personable and easy to talk to. However, the aftercare I received did let me down a little. I was in an awful amount of pain for longer than I felt was necessary, and I had to visit my dentist less than 48 hours after my follow up appointment for antibiotics and a dressing. Only then did my pain begin to subside. I was told I would receive a call the following Monday and offered an appointment in the afternoon if I required one, but I didn’t hear from Mr Smith until a day later.

Dr Smith is a great surgeon. He explained everything before the procedure and made sure I recovered quickly. Even thought there was a risk I will loose some feeling in the lip I am back to 100% two weeks after the procedure
