I have now had both shoulders "fixed" by Mr Khan. He is extremely professional, personable and that I was fully aware of everything involved during appointments and indeed the procedures themselves. He ensured I was always comfortable and clear and made me feel at ease at all times, something that was extremely important to me during these Covid times.

Mr Khan was very efficient. I was seen promptly and had a quick diagnosis and treatment. Mr Khan was very nice and was good at explaining the problem and the proposed procedure.

I explained that I suffered with anxiety and would be nervous the day of the operation, Mr. Khan went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and comfortable. He talked me through the procedure and explained the things that I was not sure with. This was very appreciated as not everyone is as sympathetic with people suffering like myself.

Mr Khan was very helpful and informative on meeting my needs with regards to my shoulder injury, he explained in detail the procedure, risks and aftercare. My shoulder is now where i need it to be to allow me to get back to my normal fitness practices.

Appointments were always on time. Thorough explanation of assessment findings and treatment approach. Explained diagnosis in a way that was easy to understand and how best for me to manage this going forward i.e. through physiotherapy. When I received a steroid injection Dr Khan was thorough with the explanation of the procedure and the execution.
