The doctor was very good at diagnosing my problem. We had an initial video consultation where he calmed me down significantly. I then met him at the clinic where he took time to explain the test that was to be done. He gave me the confidence and comfort that this issue can be handled well.

Within a week of booking an appointment with Dr Kalepsh Patel I had my initial consultation, procedure, bloods and other external examinations as well as the follow up appointment all done. Immediately I was put at ease as he explained everything very clearly and the safety measures put in place during Covid were very good. Dr Patel went out of his way to speed up the process for other external examinations and I can’t recommend him enough. If you require an ENT specialist he is brilliant.
