From our first meeting i felt that Mr Loughead made me feel at complete ease about my operation,he fully explained about my hip replacement procedure and how long he had been doing this operation at the spire hospital.On the day of my op he explained everything again to me,after my operation he came to see me and explained that my operation was a success,i feel that Mr Loughead is very passionate about his job and treats every patient the same.

Professional and caring and give me confidence to proceed. No regrets and onwards and upwards.
