Mr Fischer really listened to my issue and helped me understand all the options that were available to me to obtain the most favorable outcome.

I only met Mr Fischer in May 2021 and he was very friendly, reassuring and listened to what I had to say. Had shoulder surgery in October and he has managed to rid me of 16 years of pain. It’s going to sound dramatic but he’s saved my life, I’m able to do things that any 31 year old would want to do, including taking my niece and nephew to the park. My mental health has improved dramatically since surgery. I cannot thank him enough

I thoroughly appreciated his attention to using layman's words in his initial explanation of the operation. It gave me confidence in the process. I was unlucky enough the day of the op. to be one of the last in theatre on a Friday evening. It was all a bit stressful for the nurses to fit everything in. I don't remember seeing he that night. However, he saw me on the Sunday am. at the hospital for which I was very grateful.
