From my first consultation to my operation to my after care, I received first class treatment. Mr Nandlal was so professional and reassuring. I felt that I had total confidence in him. My operation to remove a bunion was done under a local anaesthetic which was great, I didn’t feel any pain and I was able to walk after the operation and didn’t feel sick. The whole support team were so friendly and really put me at my ease. I was reassured all the way through. I knew exactly what to expect and was given so much information on how to make sure I did everything to help my recovery. I am delighted with the result it’s now perfect. I can get back to walking and exercise without pain. I would highly recommended Mr Nandlal and his team to anyone requiring podiatric surgery.

Due to several issues with both my feet I have been under Mr Nandlal care for a long time. I saw Mr Nandlal as an outpatient, which consisted of two appointments. First consultation and x-ray followed by second consultation in order to give my consent and to undertake MRSA swab. On both occasions, Mr Nandlal was extremely professional, kind and more than happy to go the extra mile to answer my incessant questions, which really put my mind at rest and made me much more confident about my impending surgery, which he arranged for me within less than a month. This is an extremely impressive service to be offered in an NHS environment, especially in the pandemic circumstances. I made Mr Nandlal aware at consultation that I am an extremely nervous patient, which I am quite sure he was able to identify himself. Again, he put my mind at rest with his extremely helpful and thorough explanation of what my surgery would entail. Upon admission for surgery itself, I was looked after amazingly by Mr Nandlal. I felt comfortable in a situation that I was absolutely dreading, no need, everything was perfect. I felt very safe and all fears were completely allayed. I was discharged within a couple of hours, feeling so much better. My aftercare/follow-up was exceptional. I was seen one week post-op for wound management and dressing change, which again was so well organised. My further appointment, for suture removal, was one week later again. Also, so professional, no pain or soreness and also with another appointment arranged for check-up in three weeks. I could not recommend Mr Nandlal any higher to anyone seeking podiatric surgery expertise.
