Hospital reception was a bit ragged on the day I visited. However, once the nurse escorted me to the clinic things were calm , welcoming and organised. My experience was a combination of feeling reassured, informed and heard about my condition.Started out rather nervous, this dissipated after feeling welcomed and encouraged to be a participant in understanding my condition,not just a patient. Highly recommended.

This was a telephone consultation, which was obviously a new experience for me. No need to worry the consultation felt thorough and was not rushed. I felt listened to and the possible explanation for the cause of the issues I am dealing with was also thorough. Both the prescription required and educational information were sent to me the same day. A good experience which I would not hesitate to use again if required.

After 46 years of severe hearing loss and a total inability to equalise one ear causing terrible pain and damage when flying I’ve finally been given the help I so desperately needed. (Balloon Eustanchian tuboplasty). Additionally I received treatment for a severe sinus infection. I am more than happy to highly recommend Mr Rainsbury and hope he will be my consultant should I need to return to ENT.
