very superficial and non in depth explanation. not put too much attention on the underline condition of the patient. didn't evalaute the holistic scenario. like many doctors just look at the patogenes and provide a medicine
I am very sorry for this. I will truly try harder to give a more in-depth explanation in future. I apologise. I will definitely try harder to look at the holistic situation each child is in, in the future.

Mr Lilly made my daughter feel at ease immediately. He has a lovely manner and also explained everything thoroughly, while engaging with her all the time. I would highly recommend him.
