Really kind and very thorough. Asked me a lot of questions and listened to everything I had to say.

Everything was great, waiting time short, all explained perfectly by doctor, nurses and supporting staff. The procedure itself was smooth, not painful, and quick. I felt slightly sleepy straight afterwards, but it wore off quickly and I was able to enjoy the great food. The discharge was quick and efficient, and the call back from the doctor in a few weeks after the procedure with the good news that all the results were good was very reassuring.
