Mr Ratnarajan exuded professionalism, very thorough and explained everything. All the way through my cateract op he told me what was happening at every stage. A lovely man with a very personable manner. The outcome has been brilliant and I am happy to return for my second cateract to be operated on in a weeks time.

Clearly clarified issues that had concerned me. Operations carried out were painfree and Mr Ratnarajan explained what was happening at every stage.
