The speed of service was first class, from seeing George on a Zoom meeting at lunchtime on a Thursday I had an MRI scan undertaken through Spire and a second consultation with the results within 5 working days. George's explanation of the issue was very clear and concise and he was extremely helpful when asked to run through the diagnosis again for clarity. I have no hesitation in recommending him, a very approachable and amicable manner, it was very much appreciated by me and my wife, many thanks for all the help to date.

Mr Spink was very good, but I do not think a zoom appointment is as useful as an in person appointment.

Initial telephone call listened well and good summary on report received suggested up to date MRI I felt very satisfactory so far.

Mr Spink was extremely kind, understanding and explained everything well going through what had happened and what should happen in the future.

When I made the appointment I was told it was face to face and to bring a copy of my MRI results with me. I attended the hospital and while I was waiting room, I received a phone call from Mr Spink to tell me it was a telephone consultation. He went on to do the appointment face to face. My question is would the consultation be cheaper if it was over the telephone rather than £300 face to face.
