Made my eight year old comfortable and spoke to him. My son was happy in he’s room and we as a family thought he was lovely.

This was my first visit to Mr Fayad and he has pinpointed my problem straight away. he explained every think very well.in the consultation. Now just waiting. For scan.

Saw Mr Fayad as an NHS patient but unable to wait for NHS surgery times as far too long. Waited 30minutes to be seen for consultation which only lasted 5minutes as already seen the prior month and litrally needed just him to say yes to the surgery. Obviously very expensive route to go but childs health is more important. Bedside manner and expertise is great and only heard good things from feedback from asking around so highly recommend if unable to wait for nhs for Ent issues.

I found Mr Fayad to be very good at explaining my condition and options. I saw him for an on-going nasal blockage and deviated septum. He was clear and honest, which is what I needed. No sugar-coating. I think he is an incredible professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
