I arrived at Dr Malagelada's practise with an ankle injury (ligaments). The NHS's approach was to supply a pair of crutches without no further investigation but as a yoga teacher I was keen to understand my injury. I now have a much better understanding of the injury and what I should do to provide best possible approach to healing (which is not easy as opinions out there varies). Dr Malagelada is very knowledgable, calming and provides clear communication with visual examples of how the various tendons and ligaments of the ankle works. I would trust him 100% if any surgery or further treatment would have been needed. I can early recommend his practise.
