I had a stress fracture and it went well , I had enough support from Dr Malagelada

I saw Mr. Malagelada for a sprained ankle and I would highly recommend him for that sort of issue: he treated me appropriately but also recommended me to the right Physio, followed up with both of us regularly to make sure I was progressing well in my recovery... overall, he was very considerate and helpful!

I would highly recommend Mr Malagelada - I can not fault his expertise or patient care. I went to see him last year with a very painful big toe (joint) on my right foot. I was referred for x-rays very quickly, the problem / surgery required to fix was explained to me in detail and so I was comfortable to go ahead with the surgery. Mr Malagelada's advise and care post/pre surgery was highly appreciated. This meant, at the 3 month recovery point, I am very pleased I had the corrective surgery done on my left foot also. The second foot is also healing very well at the moment so from someone who was defiantly on the nervous side about surgery, I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Malagelda at all.

Dr Malagelada looked after me as I was recovering from my fractured foot (Oct-Dec 2020). Overall I have been very satisfied with the experience - I received prompt, thorough care and advice, with clear explanation and plan of action. Also, I appreciated Dr Malagelada's follow-on specialist recommendation for my foot's rehab. Highly recommended.

Mr Malagelada saw me at very short notice at the recommendation of a colleague. He was extremely kind and helpful at each consultation, apart from being a good doctor. So good a doctor that I am now fully using the damaged foot.

Mr. Malagelada is great! I have a complicated ankle injury with no clear cut treatment. This has impacted me in two ways: (a) Things I obviously cannot do because the injury does not let me do (e.g. running) (b) things I chose not to do because it is unclear to me whether they would cause damage / pain. Until I met Mr. Malagelada, I massively restricted myself due to my own lack of understanding of the injury and the impact different activities would have (type B above). This fear reduced my overall quality of life. I met Mr. Malagelada after suffering for over two years. He took a lot of time to review all my tests together and explain to me in detail exactly what the nature of my injury was and how I could understand what activities I could do and what I should not. His patience and clear explanations have allowed me to be much more sure with the activities I select to do, which has significantly increased my quality of life. I am very grateful to him for that and I highly recommend him!
