Dr Younis demonstrated his veteran experience on my first visit to his clinic when he immediately and correctly identified the problem that I had been struggling with for the past 6 months, while the NHS GP's were unable to do so. His explination of the problem as well as the possible treatments for it were explained in a clear and concise manner so that all the relevant information was imparted without any use of jargon terms that left no room for confusion. On the day of the operation, Dr Younis was calm, collected and had a soothing presence which made me feel like I was in good hands; his explination of hospital policy and what would occur prior to and following the operation made it easy to understand and made the day run smoothly. Following the operation Mr Younis ensured that I was taken care of and that the nurses provided me with all the necessities I needed. Throughout the operation I knew that I was being taken care of properly and received exceptional service from Dr Younis.

Mr Younis is highly skilled and experienced surgeon. Pre surgery he explained the process to me thoroughly and was reassuring and compassionate. After my surgery he was also very attentive and caring. The surgery itself was a complete success.
