My diagnosis was quick and thorough. The day of the surgery was very efficiently organised at Edgbaston Hospital. I was talked through the procedure again before 'going down'. Mr Khan spoke to me in recovery and followed up with a phone call the next morning explaining how the surgery had gone and asking after my welfare. I have a follow up appointment in a couple of months. I am grateful for the attention I have received and consider myself in good hands.
