This was my first experience of private health and it was really excellent. I was out at ease and everything explained to me so I could understand my treatment options.

I’ve been having multiple hospital appointments regarding my cyst for the last 7 months and this is the first time someone had explained clearly to me what is going on inside my body! Mr Webster made me feel comfortable and at ease but also heard and justified for my concerns. He gave me all possible options for my treatment and I’m grateful.

Met with a warm welcome, and as this was not the first time of seeing Mr Webster, I felt quite at ease. Mr Webster is a gentle spoken consultant who knows how to ask intimate questions without causing embarrassment. His explanations are easy to understand and helps put your mind at rest. Having seen many consultants over the last twenty years, I find him one of the most personable and easy to talk to.

Dr Webster was so nice even if I was later for my appointment He welcomed me in a nicer manner. He explained everything to me in the easy world so I could understand and repeat the concept to me more time to make sure it was clear. I'm so happy that I chose him to be my doctor.
