thank YOU so much for the excellent work you did for my two operations in September 2018 also for my last replacement in 2019. All the preparation for my operations and during was so wonderful. Please pass my thanks to ALL of your operation teams who looked after me. I am extremely grateful to them. They did and do a marvellous job as you did, and sadly I was never unable to convey my thanks to them all. Also, the staff in my room were great so give them a cuddle from me & tell them that I Am Doing Well. Finally, my warm thank you goes to your secretary Serrie... Can you thank her for her patience & always being so helpful with my questions. YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL LADY!

Mr Busch says clearly what treatment, procedure needs to be done. He his calm,kind,i would highly recommend him.

Dear Mr. Busch, Now that I have gone through some very testing physiotherapy with Tom Williams, I am very pleased with the progress so far and now back to normal walking. The golf, I know, will take a little longer but I'm working on it! I am so grateful for all you have done and the extremely pleasant way you have dealt with my hip replacement. You made it all appear so easy and yet I appreciate the highly specialist work you do. I cannot thank you enough and also to Serrie who was always so helpful with whatever information and guidance I needed. Thank you for the copy of your letter to my GP and also the offer of contacting you again just in case of any concerns. Now that you have made a slight adjustment to 'level' me up, I look forward to hitting straight shots once I'm back to full golf fitness.
