Mr. Pal performed a procedure on my eye and I went for a follow up a month later. In that time, he had not written me a letter to my GP such that at my follow-up, he could not recall the details of the procedure that had been done and could not find any documentation of having seen me before. At my follow-up he said he wanted me to finish up my course of medication, but he couldn't recall what I was taking and asked that I email him a picture of the capsule once I got home. I emailed him the picture that evening and he responded that he wanted me to continue the medication for another 2 months. The contradictory messaging did not inspire confidence. His bedside manner, is however very good. I felt he listens to my questions and carefully answered my questions in person. He was also gentle in dealing with my eye condition.

Mr. Pal was able to diagnose the problem with my left eye which other consultants had not recognized.

Very informative and useful outpatient appointments. Mr Pal was always ready to listen and answer any question. All the examination was conducted smoothly and professionally. If there was anything I needed to follow up on or ask question after the appointment I could always call or send an email. Never had an issue with booking or moving an appointment. Would highly recommend.
