I have received the most fantastic treatment throughout my stay at Queens. In particular, Mr Arvin has gone to great lengths to ensure that I was well informed on all stages of treatment with terminology suitable for my level of knowledge. He was particularly thorough in explaining my options and patient with my many questions, which gave me confidence in making the final decision. He also gave reassurance in relation to my ongoing care and that i will be supported until fully recovered. Moreover, he took the time to repeat the information, advice and guidance with my husband who was anxious about remaining remote throughout my stay at Queens.

Could not have asked for a better surgeon, He was so helpful from the start. Explained everything that was going to happen thoroughly and clear, his bedside manner was brilliant
