Mr Jain recently saw my 7 year old daughter with a lump she had been complaining of in her neck which I was very worried about. He interacted very well with my daughter and she drew him a picture during the consultation. The nurse present was also very kind. To rule out anything untoward Mr Jain organised some bloods and an ultrasound scan which confirmed reactive lymph nodes. I was reassured and felt that through the whole process Mr Jain showed genuine concern and kindness towards both me and my young daughter. I was really glad that we saw him and would highly recommend him to anyone who was worried about their child's ear, nose, throat, neck symptoms.
