Am so happy Mr Jain is my Consultant he was very kind and put me at ease straight away. I appreciated this as I am a nervous patient. Mr Jain referred me for an ultrasound for my enlarged thyroid and explained what would happen. After the ultrasound I went back to Mr Jain and he showed me my results whist explaining what they meant. Mr Jain answered my questions too. Truly a kind, caring, professional.
