Hi, my name is Ibrahim. I have asked Dr Joshi if there is any chance I could provide him with formal feedback because thanking him in person wasn’t enough nor was it going to allow future clients who may need surgery, to know the excellence of his work. There are 3 main highlights throughout my consultation with Dr Joshi. Firstly it’s his ability to diagnose and confidently explain and communicate the best options including surgery. He has also given me the time and space to ask more than 20 questions over the period of the first 3 weeks of my aftercare. I am quite an anxious person and felt naturally rushed when asking my questions but he took the time to explain things and answer my concerns. I have saved the 3rd and best highlight for last. This is the initial 2-24 hours aftercare of my surgery. Dr Joshi and the team worked collaboratively to keep me monitored as I recovered. Dr Joshi had an ENT event in another country he needed to attend that night but he was still working with his team to receive updates to make sure I was recovering well. The way I think of it is I am now living with Dr Joshi’s art on my face for the rest of my life. This is one of many thanks to Dr Joshi for going above and beyond with his art and I love it each time I see my reflection.
