Very pleasant

Mr Wojcik gives a very knowledgeable feeling through the consult and explanations. He is no nonsense and straight to the point. I liked the fact he was very confident in his delivery and actually gave me good feedback, at a level I could easily understand. Also, his secretary Rebecca did a brilliant job managing my appointment and helping me find my wallet that I left during the consult! Thank you both.

My comment is really not for Mr. Wojcik, but rather the reception. I was 20 minutes early for my appointment, checked in, and told to wait in the reception. More than 30 minutes past my appointment time, I went back to the reception to find out what the delay was. Mr. Wojcik was running behind. I completely understand that medical staff get behind in seeing patients, but I would expect the receptionist to come tell me once it became clear he was going to be more than just a few minutes late. I could have had children to pick up, another appointment, etc. etc. and it's inconsiderate to simply let me wait for over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment without a word.

Seemed cold uncaring and disinterested. Left feeling unable to ask more questions.

I found me Wojcik really easy to talk to and his explanations were easy to understand. A good experience and would recommend.

Very happy with the ease of getting an appointment, the helpfulness of Mr Wojcik's secretary. Mr Wojcik explained thoroughly the issue that i have and potential treatment, recovery plan and next steps. There was no rush and I was treated well and left feeling informed.
