Andrew is immensely knowledgeable and presented himself well when dealing with in my opinion a complex issue. He immediately recognised my problem and told me the Conservative management process and even went the extra mile by offering 3 physiotherapists within Nottinghamshire area. He has re-assured me about the condition and saying that I should feel better with conservative management and I already am, I want to thank him for this greatly. I rated 3* on overall experience due to the fact my appointment started 35 minutes later than the appointment time which I was a bit disappointed with but I do get the working environment presents these challenges. I feel more at rest now I have spoken to Andrew, and he has politely said to come back if things do not get better after 4 months.

Had a lot of time to explain exactly in detail what the issue/query was and now feel a lot better about what has happened and why.

He was very clear and explained everything very well.

Very reassuring and clear explanation of options - made a slightly worrying time very normal and confidence in what was happening was again very reassuring.

Mr Sidebottom has been the most helpful and is very welcoming and kind. I would recommend Mr Sidebottom as he is very educated in his area of expertise.
