Mr Coombs explained everything to me very carefully and listened well. I have complete confidence in his advice and would be happy for him to operate on my eye if that were to become necessary.

I found the whole process very efficient, from initial discussion through the operations to the review meetings. At each stage Mr Coombes was at pains to ensure that I understood what would happen and what I should expect. He followed up each operation with a phone call the following day and made sure I knew how to contact him if I had any concerns. The outcome has been very satisfactory.

Swift diagnosis with a very concise explanation and prognosis. The time between appointments was over a year and Andrew recalled exactly what was discussed previously. Procedure on the day was very straightforward - thanks to Andrew's experience and knowledge.

Mr Coombes was brilliant. He explained things very well when it came to how the eyes work. He not only explained what he thought was wrong but also made sure I understood why and how these things were happening. I left knowing more facts about eyes than I did when I came in!
