Mr Noorani has done an incredible repair job on my badly damaged shoulder (in a very elderly body), and when, on leaving after a check-up consultation, I mentioned another, un-related problem with my hands, he immediately arranged for Xrays and subsequent Ultrasound assisted steroid injections all on the same afternoon. He is a superb Upper Limb Surgeon and and extremely kind and helpful doctor.

from my initial consulation Mr Noorani took the time to explain what the problem was and what was the best possible solution, this helped me better understand why i was suffering with so much pain and unable to do anything. he has a very calming and caring bedside manner and a true professional, and credit to his profession. an experience i will always remember
