Mr Al-Mushtat patiently listened to my concerns, explained the possible causes of my problem to me in clear, understandable terms and was happy to answer the follow-up questions I had.

I called that I would be late by an hour, and I was told it's absolutely fine and I'd be rebooked. Well, the doctor did not agree and treated me as fast as possible, telling me that nothing more than pain management can be done. For a person commonly hospitalised and in a lot of pain that's sure great - and false - news. I'm now happily under treatment at another hospital and consultant.

Dr Ahmad explained everything in details, answered every question I had, had done all the tests, didn’t assume anything before seeing the results. He did a very good job with the cystoscopy procedure , it was very quick and did not feel any pain. Very professional and I am very happy I chosen him.
