Absolutely wonderful in every way

Having recently undergone two operations under the care of Sarah Burton - I can honestly say that feel very grateful that I was under her care and expertise. Throughout my treatment she always made me feel at ease - explaining everything in detail and was happy to answer any questions that I had. I appreciated her honesty snd positive approach. On the day of my surgery she was thorough in explaining what was going to happen before, during and, most importantly, after the surgery. This helped ease pre op nerves! She is a lovely, and genuinely cares. I am grateful for the help and support she has given to me throughout my recovery! ❤️‍🩹 💫

My experience with Miss Burton has been very positive from beginning to end. From the first appointment she took the time to listen, she talked me through every aspect of my condition and helped me take what was the inevitable decision of going through surgery, whilst trying to help me in other ways in the meantime. Once more I was left feeling comfortable in the knowledge that I was going to be well looked after. Finally in the follow up appointments she continued to be extremely engaged supportive and caring. Brilliant experience despite dealing with an ‘embarrassing’ problem. Ms Burton is very personable, professional and kind. Explained the pain and luckily managed expectations incredibly well. The fact there was less pain for me I put down to how good Ms Burton was at her job!
