Lovely bedside manner. Was the best orthopaedic doctor I have had. Had an X-ray done immediately and was able to give a diagnosis straight away.

Prior my total hip replacement operation at the Cromwell hospital I was petrified of the upcoming procedure. The consultations, operation and recovery could not have gone any better - I am very happy with the outcome (week 8 post op) and I have Miss Tross to thank for it. Miss Tross came highly recommended by my sister and I can only echo her praises. Miss Tross is not only highly skilled in minimally invasive surgery but is utterly professional, caring, personable, considerate and a really lovely person - you know you are in very safe capable hands. I highly recommend
