I cough the virus a few weeks ago and it was certainly the roughest upper respiratory tract infections I have ever had. But the biggest problem was, that thereafter I was shattered. Rakhee is Amazing! I have been suffering from CFS and Lyme's Disease for many years. My symptoms have improved so much and energy levels are on the increase. I have been having the Perrin Technique for the last year. It is a slow process but well worth the wait. I have tried many treatments in the past but nothing seemed to have shifted how I felt apart from the Perrin Technique.
