Made me feel confident that my problem would be solved. Explained everything in full

During the smear test, I experienced a strong pain due to vaginismus. Ms Perovic told me that if she wants she can push the speculum more without me being able to stop her. I assume it was a miscommunication, but I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe especially being in the position when I could not do mush. I wont be comfortable to continue working with ms Perovic.

My experience with Ms Perovic was faultless. She listened to my health concerns and responded in a way that instantly made me feel at ease, which was a godsend at the time because I was so worried. Her warmth, confidence, knowledge, expertise is so reassuring and really do feel very grateful that she was recommended to me.
