I first went to Marianne as a result of gall stones and I started to mention my desire to consider WLS. She made a surgery that was very daunting, easy to understand and was not condescending in any way, which I have often felt with some medical people. I was pretty terrified anyway about the whole event, because I don't like hospitals, surgery and the lead up to it, but Marianne was a welcome sight when I was recovering and helpful. I'd recommend her for her professionalism and seeing the real person underneath.
