Mr Whittaker was extremely pleasant to both myself and my 92 year old Mum, Doreen, who was the patient. He made my Mum, Doreen, feel as if she was in very capable hands. He explained what he thought the problem was and what he was going to do about it. He carried out the procedure smoothly and has successfully stopped my Mum’s nosebleeds, which we are very grateful for.
