Lucky made time to see me the very next day after I was referred to him. During our consultations, on my surgery day, and in post-op care he was not only consistently thoughtful, kind, considerate and compassionate, but was also very professional and thorough while explaining everything to not just me but also to my family in a way that we all understood. He has been super responsive and has answered all of my many questions and has alleviated my anxiety around the whole injury as a result.
