Dr Bailey examined my 90 yr-old mother thoroughly but kindly (I was there throughout, as Ma is hard of hearing). Dr Bailey immediately arranged urgent X-rays, and to avoid loss of time, she then followed up the results with radiography herself - after which she promptly arranged a swift follow-up with a consultant. The whole thing was seamless, and Dr Bailey couldn't have been more kind, helpful and clear. During a stressful time, we both appreciated this enormously.

Had a recent phone consult then follow up/referral letter with Dr Bailey. Phone call was on time and letters were produced quickly and written in detail which makes consultant appointments going forward much easier. Dr Bailey is incredibly easy to speak to, compassionate and kind to her patients. She is very thorough and ensures you understand her explanation and plan going forward. Her approach is hostilic and I didn’t feel pressured in to having unnecessary diagnostic tests. Dr Bailey clearly cares about her patients and is incredibly professional. She is a credit to the NHS and New Victoria Hospital. Would highly recommend.
