Dr Kandiah is a humble man who has a kind compassionate attitude. He listened intently to my fears and concerns and delivered the best possible experience for a procedure that was scary to me but very' run of the mill' for the medical profession. His calm reassuring manner brought me comfort and de- traumatised the forthcoming procedure.

The procedure I had done by Dr Kandiah, which was a Gastroscopy, went very smoothly and at no point did I have to worry.
