Dr Kellie Jones is by far one of the most welcoming and sophiscated dental practitioners I have ever come across. She explained perfectly the dental procedures she would take in order to restore my teeth to its natural beauty. I will highly recommend Dr. Kellie Jones at TLC dental.

I had Dr. Kellie Jones do my dental check up/hygienist appointment last week. I always find the scale and polish incredibly unpleasant but Kellie was very attentive when I told her about my tooth sensitivity issue and ensured not to use the instruments that would cause pain in that particular area. This is the second time I’ve been to Kellie now - she is extremely thorough and obviously cares deeply about the quality of her work. She also has an excellent ability to distract you from the uncomfortable sensations (and there is a TV placed handily on the ceiling which helps too!). All in all, she makes the whole experience of going to the hygienist infinitely more bearable. Like all dentists, she told me I should be flossing but she actually took the time to explain why: that brushing only cleans a certain proportion of the surface of your teeth and doesn’t protect against gum disease. I am more likely to do things when I understand why they are necessary. A real professional - highly recommend!

Dr Kellie has an extremely calm and comforting manner that put me at ease. Her choice of words and explanations were not at all triggering for me as a nervous patient. She explained all options and provided longevity of each option. Overall by far outstanding treatment.
