I'm always incredibly touched by the warmth, the care - the love, quite frankly! - which radiates from Dr Koutsou. I'm a nervous, rather conscientious, patient, and she patted my cheek gently today and reminded me to relax my jaw, and took such care and interest in how I've been (she always has, but it was my first visit since the pandemic) that I felt rather tearful (in a good way!)

Kalli has the most wonderful bedside manner and she carried out my treatment with great care and gentleness. Highly recommended- especially for anyone who is nervous about visiting the dentist.

I recently needed a crown for a broken tooth. I have a real problem with having impressions of my teeth taken and find the process very traumatic. Dr Koutsou was superb! She explained the process clearly, was reassuring and suggested strategies to help me while I had the impression tray in my mouth. She was extremely patient and at no time did she make me feel as though I was taking up too much of her time. I have several crowns fitted at different times but this experience was completely different as I felt she understood my concerns and was determined that she would make the experience as bearable as positive. Her help and reassurance made all the difference to an experience which I was very worried about. The newly fitted crown is great and a good fit. I am delighted!

Kalliopi was great! Very professional and caring. She was very thorough with my check up and dedicated a lot of time in answering all my questions! I'm very lucky to have a dentist I can trust and look forward to visiting! I'm definitely in good hands, would 100% recommend... espically if you're an anxious person like me !
