I can’t thank Dr Bathia enough for her caring and professional manner. One would always hope to experience professionalism at a dental surgery, but a natural empathy and the ability to put nervous patients at ease when facing very significant dental work, is slightly rarer. Dr Bathia achieved this and her naturally empathetic and understanding manner was very clear from the outset.
