Just very good, took the time to give me what l felt was a good consultation

I was disappointed to hear from the Mr Behar that I was meant to have 24hr ECG and an ECHO at my last appointment. My appointment letter said 24hr ECG. On rival I wasn’t told anything different. While other patient were told they’re having both and echo and 24hr ecg. At the time I thought every human is different and therefore requires something different. I spoke to Mr Bahar today on the 2nd of feb and I was really disappointed to hear that he thought I DNA-Ed the echo when I was in fact present for the 24hr ecg. I feel that this is a grave error on the hospital’s part, considering that I have worked for GSTT for 6yrs. I know it’s not Mr Behar’s fault, I still have the letter of appointment. So as a young woman I would like to resume normalcy. This means that I have the right investigation done at the right time. To end this possibly, Mr Behar was just as disappointed on speaking him on the 2/2/2022 And I looked forward to things being done right next time
