Mr George-Malal was brilliant! He explained everything perfectly and took his time to ensure understanding was there. Bedside manner was exceptional on day of surgery even though I was awaking from the influence of the general anaesthetic. After case was great and am happy to say I have recovered and am now discharged with no further follow up. Could not ask for better during these tough times under Covid-19.
