I hadn’t seen Jo the hygienist before, but like everyone at No.5 she couldn’t have been more lovely. She talked me through each part of the procedure and was incredibly gentle and encouraging.

Jo was standing for my usual hygienist and carried out a normal checkup straightforwardly and thoroughly, offering sound advice. I was more than happy to be dealt with by Jo and would recommend her to anyone.
