What an amazing consultant, everything about his professionalism, bed side manner and personality was perfect. 

I would like to say that Professor Khan is a real Gentleman , I was extremely pleased with the care i received from him, he has a lovely bedside manner and explains everything  in detail. 
Excellent care for removal of my gallbladder, if i ever needed to have another operation i would not hesitate to ask Professor Khan to do.

Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled,  but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!
